With the rear doors open you can really see how low the floor is - one advantage to having the engine
in the front is that you get the low, clear floor all the way back, unlike the VW vans.
The side benches, closet cabinets, and stove/sink/fridge units are just held in with wingnuts. It can all be removed
in minutes when one needs to haul cargo.
